It hosts information about and photos of the flock of feral parrots, mostly cherry-headed conures, in the Telegraph Hill area of San Francisco. Mark Bittner has studied and written about the flock for the past five years. He also cares for the sick and injured. He is working on a book, Tales From An Urban Jungle: The Wild Parrots of Telegraph Hill, that draws on his experiences and observations of life inside the flock community.
