A chamber is each cavity in a nest. For the purpose of this survey, we will presume that each chamber is active currently. **Nest site examples include: electrical substation framework, telephone pole with transformer, telephone pole without transformer, tree, radio tower, light structure, TV antenna, water tower, building, etc. If the nest is in a tree, list at least the family (e.g., oak, pine, palm, Australian-pine, etc.), and if possible, list the tree species (e.g., Laurel Oak, Slash Pine, Canary Island Date Palm). ***Optional. Count chambers as time and access allow, but this information is not necessary. List only the birds observed during the visit. Extended viewing of a nest to count the number of birds is not required.
